RESPONSIBILITIES

• Non-cooking position
• Perform assigned tasks under supervision of the lunchroom manager
• Maintain standards of safety which include, but are not limited to, caring for and the use of knives, handling chemicals and operating fire extinguisher
• Maintain standards of sanitation regarding grooming, clothing, food handling and equipment
• Perform duties assigned which may include, but are not limited to, cleaning the kitchen, dining room and receiving platforms
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
