!!!!!! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in the restaurant industry. The Service Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area with speed and accuracy. Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet quality standards before serving. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely service. Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables after guests leave. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly. Support kitchen staff and Servers with food handling tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to providing exceptional food service. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
