In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that the breakfast area is inviting and well-maintained. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring all food items are fresh and attractively presented. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station throughout service, including cleaning tables, utensils, and equipment. Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing excellent customer service and demonstrating excellent interaction with guests. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with meal preparation as needed, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed. Handle kitchen tools safely, including knives, while preparing food items efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food preparation and service. After breakfast hours, wash all equipment and utensils. Make sure food prep area, guest sitting area, servary area is clean and ready for next day. Sweep and Mop all breakfast areas before clocking out. Requirements Previous experience in catering or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food handling practices is essential; certification may be required depending on local regulations. Flexibility to work early morning shifts. Make sure you have your own vehicle to get to work on time. Be able to sweep and mop breakfast areas.
