What you’ll do (mostly this…other duties may be assigned): Ensures food and beverage standards are executed properly Actively participates in Food & Beverage operations during peak times each day Maintains a deep understanding of F&B inventory control for food, liquor, beer, wine and all FF&E equipment Administrative duties include weekly scheduling of staff to ensure adequate and consistent levels of service Participates in the selection, training, discipline and termination of Food & Beverage employees in accordance with hotel policies What you should bring to the table: 2-4 years’ related experience 2+ years management experience Professionalism Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
