The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area. This position requires strong customer service skills, effective communication, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables after guests leave, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments. Support kitchen staff by delivering food orders to tables and assisting with any additional tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Help with catering events as required, ensuring that all food service needs are met promptly. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and assisting them as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
