Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and dining areas
• Clear tables and clean dining area after customers have finished their meals
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling sandwiches
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe handling and storage of food products
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Skills:

• Culinary skills: Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and ability to follow recipes
• Cash register operation: Proficiency in using a cash register to process customer payments accurately

• Bussing:

  Ability to clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean dining area

• Math skills: Basic math skills for calculating totals, making change, and handling cash transactions

• Aloha POS:

  Experience using Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling (preferred)

• Food safety knowledge: Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices
• Cash handling: Ability to accurately handle cash transactions and provide correct change to customers
