The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal In Seat Runner to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. The Delta Sky360° Club at Truist Park is the ultimate blend of luxury, entertainment, and exclusivity located directly behind home plate. As an in-seat runner, you will be an important part of a team that assists our inclusive in-seat service for the Delta Sky360° Club.

What will you do?
Stock beverages, snacks, and condiment carts for in-seat service
Roll carts outside upon gate opening
Coordinates with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of hot food items
Run food and beverage orders from the kitchen out to guests in the seats
Maintain cleanliness and organization of seating bowl area, pantries, and coolers
Assists with stocking and counting inventory
Verify IDs when serving alcohol and adhere to company alcohol service policy More about you
Minimum 18 years of age
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to follow instructions and use teamwork
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Physical requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and walking up and down stairs while balancing food trays for long periods of time
Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
Ability to work in variable temperatures – required to work outside in the sun, rain, and
cold
