Service Assistant/Busser Mistora 1620 Piedmont Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30324 Mistora is a new concept in Atlanta, GA! We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Bussers to join our dynamic team in the food service industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. You will assist servers and kitchen staff, contributing to an efficient workflow while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities As a Busser, you would be responsible for helping servers provide efficient customer service. Their duties may include setting and clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and helping customers in our continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: As busser, you set the stage for service: setting & clearing tables, assisting servers and attending to customers’ needs As a Busser, you will help Guests and take every opportunity to WOW them Set tables and stock necessary supplies Clear and reset tables Replenish utensils as necessary Refill water and iced tea glasses Support wait staff by assisting them with customer needs Keep a clean and sanitary bussing station Assisting throughout the restaurant Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Outgoing and engaging personality Proactive at identifying and completing work needs Ability to assess station needs and act accordingly Great spoken and written communication Ability to follow directions and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is a plus. Must have the ability to multi-task. Ability to work with little supervision.
