Job Description

Summary of Position Set up and prepare breakfast items as directed. Prepare food, restock buffet stations, clear tables, and converse with guests in a friendly and service centric manner. At the end of service, breakdown buffet station, clean breakfast area and ensure kitchen is clean. Prepare stock for the following day and submit weekly orders to the management. Requirements Has a minimum one (1) years of customer facing experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Willing to work weekends and holidays based on business needs. General Responsibilities Prepare food and beverages each morning. Welcome and interact with guests throughout shift. Comprehensive knowledge of each menu item and ingredients. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Knowledgeable of the local area to provide recommendations to guests. Comply with all local food and beverage regulations. Follow Company’s standard for Food & Beverage Inventory procedures. Follow and enforce all safety procedures. Specific Responsibilities Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and adhere to Operating Procedures. Maintain a welcoming and social atmosphere by engaging with all guests. Operate cooking equipment properly and safely. Ensure food is prepared to the guests’ satisfaction and refilled throughout hours of service and in accordance with local food regulations. Maintain appropriate inventories of supplies and offerings throughout shift for efficient service. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace. Maintain a clean and sanitized patron space. Follow Company’s procedures for the closing and cleaning of all areas and equipment. Report all tips (cash and charged) per local and state regulations. Assist with food inventory and storing. Perform other duties as need and requested by management.
