Hotel Breakfast Attendant Holiday Inn 299 Main Street, Saint Simons Island, GA 31522 ## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. ## Duties

• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet according to established standards
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled
• Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations
• Replenish food and beverage items as needed
• Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
• Clear tables and clean up breakfast area after service ## Experience
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic cooking skills is a plus
• Familiarity with meat cutting techniques is advantageous
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Experience in food preparation, bussing tables, operating POS systems, or working as a delivery driver is beneficial
