Busser MLBB Hot Pot 3500 Gwinnett Place Drive NW, Duluth, GA 30096 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers by clearing tables, cleaning dining areas, and providing support to maintain the overall efficiency of our food service operations. A passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering bread or condiments, and providing any additional support as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or large parties. Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Support the kitchen staff by assisting with dishwashing or other tasks as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
