OVERVIEW
Maintain cleanliness of Dining area and assist servers in ensuring guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet all guests with a smile and always maintain a warm and friendly attitude. Clear and properly reset tables for guests. Perform all side work including resetting dining room, preparing linens and silverware, replenishing condiments and restocking kitchen shelves and coolers with supplies for next service. Support servers by providing table service assistance as needed. Works in conjunction with stewards and dishwashers to organize dirty dishware and prevent breakage from mishandling. Adhere to service standards outlined in training. Breakdown dirty table ware for dishwashing. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace including side station, storage areas, back-of-house stations and dining area. Maintain cleanliness of floor throughout the dining and station areas. Perform general cleaning task as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
