The ideal candidates will have a passion for food service and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer experiences. As part of our food truck operation, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced setting and work collaboratively with team members. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure the food truck is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist customers with menu selections and provide exceptional service. Manage time effectively to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations during busy periods. Buss tables and assist in maintaining cleanliness in the service area. Support inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages. Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking. Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated. A passion for culinary arts and providing excellent customer service. Experience in grocery store settings or familiarity with retail math is a plus. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
