Position Summary:

As a Banquet Setup team member at Unicoi State Park and Lodge, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring all banquet and meeting spaces are prepared, maintained, and reset to the highest standards. Under the guidance of the Banquet Captain or F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, as well as assisting in basic food and beverage service. What You’ll Do:

Set up banquet and meeting rooms according to event specifications and company standards Break down and clean event spaces promptly and safely after functions Replace soiled linens, clean tables, and restock service supplies (silverware, glassware, dishes) What You Bring to the

Education & Experience Requirements:
