JOB SUMMARY
The Nutrition Services Assistant performs a variety of food service duties for patient care. They will be responsible for assembling patient trays using standardized processes, they will follow all guidelines for modified diets, stocks galleys as required, and prepares special food items adhering to the IDDSI standards of preparation. Be knowledge and understanding of the correct portioning of food for modified diets as prescribed by physicians. Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma, GED or willing to obtain a GED within one year of employment. Or Equivalent Relevant experience to the position.
Licensure:

Food handling experience preferred.
