Duties:
Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking: cleaning, slicing, and preparing meat, seafood, and vegetables, preparing beverages, under the direction of chef. Must be willing to work on evenings and weekends. No prior restaurant experience necessary. Kitchen manager will train on restaurant’s food preparation systems Multiple positions available.
