Food Service Assistant (Fulltime & PRN) 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 401 East Vaughn Avenue, Ruston, LA 71270 Responsible for assembly of food items of customers (physicians, employees, visitors, patients, and patient family members) via the serving line. Responsible for sanitation of work area and equipment.
Population served:
Members of the Dietary department interact with all ages of visitors and patients within the hospital as well as Inpatients with specific dietary needs.
