As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area promptly and accurately. Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and meet our quality standards before serving. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs. Communicate effectively with servers to coordinate food delivery and special requests. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Support catering events as needed, ensuring all food service requirements are met. Requirements Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of kitchen operations and restaurant etiquette is a plus. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary.
