The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized and welcoming for guests. As a Runner/ Busser, you will assist servers and contribute to a positive dining experience by maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining areas while providing pace of service. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, utensils, and glassware. Ensure that all table settings are properly arranged and stocked with necessary items. Keep up with sidework during down time. Seating parties as the come in and issuing pages if needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about bussing and runnig services.
