You will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast items, including hot and cold food options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service. Assist guests with inquiries regarding food options and dietary restrictions. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including meat cutting tools when necessary. Handle cash register transactions accurately while providing excellent guest relations. Ensure all food is presented attractively and complies with health and safety standards. Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Skills Strong phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries and reservations. Experience in food preparation within a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred. Ability to perform meat cutting tasks as required for breakfast offerings. Excellent guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Familiarity with cash register operations for processing payments efficiently. A strong commitment to cleanliness and maintaining high standards of hygiene in food service areas.
