Do you want to be our next Banquet Captai n and help make every event a memorable one for our guests? What you will be doing Oversee and execute all banquets from set-up to tear-down | Play a vital role in directing and coaching the banquet staff, as well as assisting guests and the sales office | Oversee the staff and participate to ensure timely, accurate room set up of food and beverage service per client specifications | Ensure appealing, creative, and consistent presentation of food and beverage and an overall welcoming environment. The ideal candidate for this position Possess strong verbal communication skills and the ability to lead by example | Strong attention to detail and organizational skills | Ensure the best experience possible for our guests and respond appropriately to guest feedback | One year of banquets experience and supervisory experience highly preferred | Able to work a flexible schedule
