DUTIES/TASKS:
Enters work place at scheduled time in uniform and ready to begin work. Proper clocks in. Ensures that tables are clean and set properly. Ensures that all areas are stocked and ready for guest. (Coffee made, cups out, creamer, sugar, etc.) Ensure that food is prepared for the quantity of people in hotel. Ensure that tables are promptly bussed and ready to be seated again. Ensure that the food is hot and presentable. Ensure that the line, tables, and other areas are clean. Make sure that tables are wiped off, floors and other areas are cleaned before leaving. Make cookies, cider or lemonade for guest, ensuring that presentation is good. Crumbs and spills are cleaned up.
