Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. As a Busser, you will assist the waitstaff by maintaining the cleanliness of the tables and dining area while providing excellent customer service. Duties Clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for new customers. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Help with food handling tasks as directed, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Support waitstaff by refilling drinks, delivering food items, and assisting with any guest requests. Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and assist in maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests. Requirements Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards within the restaurant setting.
