TITLE Busser – Buffet

DESCRIPTION

The Busser/Station Busser provides an exceptional dining experience by ensuring fast, friendly service of guests entering the restaurant, as well as, cleaning and resetting of tables and chairs in a timely manner. Ability to clear tables of dirty dishes and sanitize tables in an efficient and timely manner to ensure guests are seated as soon as possible. Keeps wait stations clean and organized. Empties trash cans and transports dirty dishes to the dish room.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid ID or Driver’s License required. Must have the ability to use bus carts, ice carts, trash compactor and ice machines. Knowledge of ABC regulations and must be able to lift up to 30 lbs required.
