Duties Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service areas for events, including banquets and catering functions. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak service times. Perform bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
