The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Full-Time Food & Nutrition Assistant to our healthcare & food service team in Madison, MS . As a Food & Nutrition Assistant with Cura Hospitality , you will have the opportunity to lead onsite foodservice operations. We are looking for candidates to work in an office setting part-time as diet clerk relief, and part-time as an administrative relief for managers. Must be computer literate, detailed oriented, organized, multitasker, discreet, people person who can work with minimal supervision. What you’ll be doing: Directing foodservice staff and daily operations to ensure smooth service. Communicating with area management to report any problems, issues, or concerns. Maintaining records, including financials and inventory reporting. Assisting with and overseeing all aspects of food preparation. Ensuring that meals meet all standards for quality, temperature, portion control, and proper food handling. What we’re looking for:

Must-haves:

High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years’ experience in foodservice. At least one years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Computer Literate, Be able to format documents. Have discretion with confidential information. Ability to work independently and finish tasks on-time. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent leadership skills. Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite.

Nice-to-haves:
