We are looking to add an experienced, motivated assistant food service director to our Campus Dining team in Poplarville, MS. As an Assistant Food Service Director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams. Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service. Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner. What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years of experience in a supervisory role. At least two years of food service experience. Proven track record of financial responsibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
ServSafe Manager certification an asset.
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
