About the Position
First-level Food Services position accountable for preparation of simple menu items under direct supervision. Follows standard kitchen procedures and sanitation guidelines. Under direction prepares food trays with proper amounts of food for individuals with specific dietary needs. Serves in food lines, washes dishes and kitchen tools, cleans equipment, and stocks food in serving lines. This position is within Building 33, A-Shift.

Preferred Qualifications
Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 0-1 year of work experience. May require SafeServe Certification.
