We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist the waitstaff in providing exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive dining experience. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by refilling drinks, bringing out food, and delivering utensils as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly manner. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented atmosphere. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
