Job Summary :
Performs various food service duties, including food preparation, serving, dishwashing, and transportation. Provides excellent customer service and may operate a cash register.
Education/Experience :
High school enrollment, diploma, or GED required. Food service or customer service experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure food quality, recipe compliance, and adherence to guidelines. Meet productivity, delivery, and serving schedules. Minimize waste and control costs by following portion guidelines. Maintain and clean equipment and dish areas efficiently. Deliver excellent customer service to patients and visitors. Uphold high sanitation standards and meet health inspection ratings. Follow safety and sanitation rules to maintain a safe environment. Complete required training programs and certifications. Support departmental improvement initiatives and teamwork. Safely deliver and retrieve food trays while following protocols. Interact responsibly with patients, visitors, and staff, addressing concerns. Adhere to hospital policies and promote a cooperative work environment.
Skills and Qualifications :
