Bussers also keeps the floors clean, stocks the ice bins and glass racks in the server alley and the bar, restock plates/utensils, sweep and mop floors.

A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteous and has a sense of urgency.

Stamina:

Expect busy days on your feet. You must be able to lift heavy objects like trashbags, linen bags, glass racks, plates, and ice buckets.

Teamwork:

You will be working with servers, other bussers, bartenders and cooks to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential. Prep Job Duties Passionately preparing, cutting, slicing, and portioning food items according to quality specifications Clean and stock work area; clean and sanitize work station and equipment Prepare food and assist chefs with a variety of kitchen related functions Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed including labeling, dating, stocking, rotating and temperature control of products Work as part of a team to assist in achieving the goals of the business, as well as contribute to a positive and energetic work environment Required to use hands repetitively, stand for prolonged periods and able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs Required to adhere to Company uniform policy and present a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times Skills and Qualifications No experience required (we’re willing to train) Excellent critical thinking and time management skills Able to lift up to 40 lbs and continuously bend, reach, and twist; you’re constanstly on the move Willingness to work on your feet for 6-8-hour shifts
