Position Summary:

The Men’s Locker Room Attendant plays a key role in delivering a high level of personalized service to members and guests at Greensboro Country Club. This position is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the men’s locker room while also providing food and beverage service, shoe care, and exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and able to anticipate the needs of members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests warmly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness of locker room, showers, restrooms, and lounge areas. Provide prompt food and beverage service. Perform shoe cleaning, shining, and minor repairs. Stock and replenish towels, toiletries, and amenities. Manage locker assignments and maintain member belongings. Handle laundry and distribution of towels and linens. Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restock beverages/snacks. Respond to member requests and resolve issues professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams. Assist with inventory and supply ordering.

Qualifications:

Experience in a country club or luxury hospitality preferred. Familiarity with food and beverage service and basic shoe care. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Discretion, integrity, and strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently. Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods. Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Work Environment:

This is a member-facing role in a private country club setting that requires professionalism, discretion, and a high standard of personal presentation. Uniform and grooming standards must be always maintained.
