The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and customer service, with a passion for delivering a memorable dining experience. ## Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet according to established standards
• Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any special requests or dietary needs
• Maintain cleanliness of dining utensils, coffee machines, and serving areas
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS for guest transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery ## Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Experience with coffee preparation is a plus
• Familiarity with delivery driver duties is beneficial
