At Greens at Pinehurst, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. Our Dining Services team plays a key role in that experience. We’re currently looking for a compassionate and dependable Dining Services Aide to help serve meals, support our kitchen team, and make every mealtime a positive one.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up dining rooms before meals and clean up afterward Serve meals to residents in a timely and friendly manner Assist in plating and portioning food according to dietary guidelines Ensure sanitation standards are met in dining and kitchen areas Help transport meal trays and supplies as needed Communicate with residents and staff to ensure satisfaction with meals Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in food service or healthcare is a plus Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with the elderly Willingness to learn and follow dietary guidelines and procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality
