The shifts run according to meal times on the local bases in Onslow county, so open availability and transportation that is registered and insured in the employees name are required. This job is not solid eight hour shifts, shifts will be three to four hours and will have breaks between and open availability is a must. Assignments to mess halls are based upon needs and there may be days that you will have to work in a location other than your usual mess hall. All employees must be able to work at whichever location they are sent to by their manager

Responsibilities:

Clean kitchen equipment and surfaces. Be punctual and prompt to work.,Communicate with co-workers to exchange or share food service knowledge. Prepare clean and appealing meals that meet customer satisfaction. Assist with food orders by working with other kitchen staff. Sweep, mop, and vacuum kitchen areas. Dish washing and other scullery duties Must have valid state issued id with gold star on front of card, (real iD) or valid id, social security card and certified copy of birth certificate
