Position Summary This position is responsible for the breaking down and cleaning/sanitzing of all patient and retail trays, dishes, bowls, cups, lids, silverware and all other tray components. They will also scrape, wash, rinse and sanitize pots, pans and cooking utensils, remove trash and garbage from throughout department to debris collection area, clean and sanitize dishroom and pot room equipment and work areas, sweep and mop department floors and complete department special cleaning assignments.
