JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food service, safety, and good guest relations during breakfast service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Wears appropriate uniform and name tags as prescribed by company policy Sets out specified food items for public consumption in an attractive fashion daily according to company standards Replenishes food and beverage items as they are consumed Cleans all equipment, surface, and furnishings in the area at the end of breakfast service Stores all food and beverage items appropriately Promotes proper sanitation and safety for guest and employees at all times Performs periodic deep cleaning as scheduled by Executive Housekeeper Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and organization of the general food storage room Inventories and orders all necessary food items approved by management Maintains good personal hygiene habits Follows all company policies as they relate to pertinent areas Promotes positive guest and employee relations Performs positive guest and employee relations Performs other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Lifts and operates a vacuum cleaner, broom and mop Lifts boxes and heavy food containers Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting and wiping Walks and stands majority of shift Handles chemical cleaners
