Busser Ipho Sushi & Kitchen and Bar Knightdale, NC 27545 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. As a Busser, you will assist the waitstaff by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Your commitment to excellent customer service will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for all patrons. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by refilling beverages and delivering food items as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure guest safety. Support other team members as needed to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen, hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with bussing duties.
