As a Fast Food Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience through your culinary skills and customer service expertise. You will be responsible for preparing food items, taking orders, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas and kitchen equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or Aloha POS systems is a plus. Basic knowledge of culinary practices, food safety guidelines, and retail math is beneficial.
