Reporting to the Director of Sales, your core responsibilities will include booking parties and supporting the banquet managers in following up on upcoming parties.

• Check voicemail first thing in the morning
• File contracts and payments in the inbox
• Answer the phones and give basic pricing information and availability to clients
• Book appointments using Setmore App
• Book parties using Tripleseat App
• Create seating charts in Illustrator
• Take walk-in appointments, final payments, etc.
• Call upcoming parties for menus & final payments
• Go through all upcoming parties and make sure we have floorplans & post for set up team
• Send lead list to vendors weekly
• Greet host prior to party if your contract
• Make sure doors are unlocked, lights on and rooms set prior to appointments
• Check and restock main office, restaurant, & Terrace office
• If contracts change w/in 7 days of event – make changes on the wall and email the team
• Make sure parties in Tripleseat are recorded in the Banquet Book and hostess book
