Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Busser to support our service team and help ensure a seamless guest experience. As a busser, you play a vital role in maintaining the flow of service and the cleanliness of the dining room. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and is passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Promptly clear and reset tables between courses and after guest departure Refill water glasses and assist servers with beverage replenishment Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms Assist with table markings and preparation for upcoming courses (e.g., placing new utensils or glassware) Ensure all tables are properly set before each seating Support servers by anticipating guest needs and responding to requests quickly and courteously Remove used serviceware and glassware in a discreet and professional manner Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to help maintain efficient table turnover Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and plateware as needed Uphold sanitation and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred (fine dining a plus, but not required) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team player with excellent communication skills Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Availability Sunday through Thursday (Fridays and Saturdays off)
