The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. This role involves assisting with food preparation, serving meals, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs. Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Utilize POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Handle OpenTable reservations and assist guests with seating arrangements as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times. Experience Previous experience in a food service or fine dining environment is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with POS systems and food preparation techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A background in sales or upselling techniques is a plus, especially in nightclub or fine dining settings.
