Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of Jersey is seeking a Food Service Worker – Casual for the Dining Services. Among the key duties of the position are the following:
Performs general utility work in the various dining facilities at Rutgers University, including food prep, service and maintenance. FLSA Nonexempt
Salary Details $18 – $22/hourly

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience High school/vocational school education or equivalent experience. Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in food service. Equipment Utilized Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift/carry food, beverage and maintenance equipment. Special Conditions Shift/schedule to be discussed at interview.
