As a busser, you will be responsible for cleaning, clearing, and setting tables, ensuring that the restaurant supplies and equipment are clean and maintained, and assisting customers with requests or complaints.

Availability:

3-6 days a week. Shift start from 4pm to close (9:00pm-10:00pm)

Roles and Responsibilities:

This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an employee in this position may be asked to perform from time to time. Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables Straightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained ones Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners Refilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table Refilling drinking glasses with water Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busy Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day

Requirements:

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.

MUST BE FLEXIBLE

Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment Strong cleaning and bussing skills Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols Excellent customer service and communication abilities Familiarity with catering and hospitality practices Experience in kitchen operations or hotel settings is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

NOTICE:
