Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: Clearing all dining tables of dirty china, glassware, silverware, etc. Bringing dirty items to designated cleaning stations. Assisting wait staff and bartenders in maintaining station stock and keeping area safe and free of garbage and debris. Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must understand recipes & station guides, sanitary practices, proper equipment use, service etiquette and safety guides.
