Packaging Team Member Shifts Available:

Mid Shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM): $17.50/hr 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – Finish): $18.50/hr Earn more through our Competitive Pay for Skill program! At Yancey’s Fancy , we take pride in making artisan cheese — and making sure it gets to our customers looking and tasting great. That’s where you come in. As part of our Packaging Team , you’ll help ensure every product is packed safely, correctly, and with care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Package our delicious cheese products with precision and pride Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to keep our food safe and our team healthy Keep things moving on the line while staying focused on quality Work in a clean, organized, and supportive environment Adapt to changes and jump in where needed — we’re a team!

What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma or GED Good communication skills (verbal and written) Basic math and reading comprehension A positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and take on different tasks Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required (food manufacturing is a big plus!)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, stretch, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable being on your feet (standing, walking, climbing) for up to 8+ hours Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on department If you’re ready to be part of a company that takes pride in its people as much as its products, we’d love to hear from you!
