The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are prepared and delivered efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and dining area to ensure timely delivery. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to facilitate smooth operations. Support bussing and banquet services during peak times to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, willing to train right person who can focus on roles involving customer service, food preparation, or kitchen operations and most importantly work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable. Experience in bussing or banquet services is a plus but not required. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment is essential.
