Are you an experienced F&B professional with a passion for great service and team leadership? We’re looking for a Temporary Food & Beverage Manager to lead a high-energy team, keep operations smooth, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences at a busy hospitality venue. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, support a motivated team, and ensure service standards are consistently met. What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee all F&B outlets
Be a visible leader on the floor, guiding and supporting your team
Track sales, manage inventory, and help optimize costs
Monitor service quality and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
Work alongside vendors and service partners to maintain standards
Ensure health, safety, and service protocols are followed
Coach, train, and support team members to succeed in their roles
Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Maintain staffing levels and help build an engaged, productive work environment
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and reports to support performance goals
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in F&B management (preferably in hotels or large venues)
Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach
Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Confident in team coaching, scheduling, and operations planning
