At The Russian Tea Room, we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled service and exquisite cuisine in an iconic setting. As a Fine Dining Busser/Barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless dining experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to guests with precision and care.
Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain an impeccable dining environment.
Anticipating guests’ needs and providing attentive service throughout their meal.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service areas.
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, in accordance with the Russian Tea Room’s standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
Keep the barista station clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a high-end dining environment preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Must have open availability
Must be fluent in English Must have open availability and able to work Weekends and Holidays
Must have a valid State ID and Social Security Card
