Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and banquets. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies as needed. Support dietary aides in meeting the specific needs of guests with dietary restrictions. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required; training will be provided. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Experience in banquet services or fine dining is a plus. Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
